University of Michigan Center for Intelligent Microelectronics Manufacturing(IMM) is a Multidisciplinary Research Program of the University Research Initiative(MURI) sponsored by Air Force Office of Scientific Research(AFOSR) and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency(DARPA). The MURI/IMM Center is focused on modeling and control of etching and deposition processes with the overall goal of intelligent electronics manufacturing and materials processing.
