Research Overview:

We developed a new method for retrieving both the ensemble-averaged amplitude and phase of an object hidden in a scattering medium; this is a modified Shack Hartmann wavefront sensing method. We are devising sensitive methods for measuring the coherence of an ensemble-averaged field emerging from a scattering medium.
