EECS 498-2/598-5: Non-Photorealistic Computer Graphics

Paper Review Form

Instructions (Revised 9/10/2003)

  Read the paper and answer the questions that are applicable.
  Keep it short but try to give thoughtful answers.

  Reviews are due by 1pm on the day the class begins discussion
  of a given group of papers. Usually that means 3 reviews are
  due (occasionally only 2) on that day.

  For each review:
    1. Start with a blank review form.
    2. Add your comments after each question on the form. 
    3. Save the file in text format. 

  When you finish all the reviews, combine them into a single text
  document, and name it with your uniqname and a word indicating
  the topic, e.g.: "sapo-abstraction.txt" or "sapo-painterly.txt".

   Do the authors discuss limitations?



6. Is this an important paper? At the time of its publication,
   how big an impact would you have predicted it would have on
   the field of computer graphics?



7. Overall, how would you rate this paper on a scale of 1 to 5
   (1 = poor, 5 = excellent)?
