E2UDC Site Visit - External Visitor Information Page
Welcome to the information page for external visitors who will attend the E2UDC Site Visit at the University of Michigan on September 13 and 14. We're pleased that you will join us as an industrial or outreach partner as we present our proposal for the NSF Engineering Research Center on Energy-Efficient Ultra-Dense Computing (E2UDC) to the review panel from NSF.

Agenda Overview and Details
- The on-site ERC briefing for external partners takes place on Monday afternoon, Sept. 13. This followed by a dinner at Cottage Inn in downtown Ann Arbor (shuttle provided for those who need it).
- The site visit with NSF Reviewers takes place all day on Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2010.

Arrival from airport to the Hawthorne Inn in Ann Arbor:
Transport from the Hawthorne Inn to the meeting location on U-M North Campus:
- We have arranged for a shuttle to transport visitors from the Hawthorne to the Lurie Engineering Center on North Campus. The shuttle departs from the main entrance of the Hawthorne Inn at 2:45pm on Sept. 13, and at 7:10am on Sept. 14. For more information on the site visit schedule, see the detailed agenda.

Transport to/from restaurant for Sept. 13 dinner:
- We have arranged for a shuttle to transport visitors to and from Cottage Inn in downtown Ann Arbor, the dinner location on Sept. 13. The shuttle will depart from the Lurie Engineering Center at 5:30pm. Affter dinner, the shuttle will leave Cottage Inn at 8:15 to return to the Hawthorne Inn.
