Materials, Devices & Systems Workshop

Workshop topics include the areas of materials, devices, and their basic physical mechanisms and systems addressing the next generation mm-wave solid-state power applications. This includes Heterostructure Field Effect Transistors, Gunn, Impatt, and Heterojunction Bipolar Transistors. Emphasis will be given to innovative III-Nitride materials,  but mixed group V-Nitride (i.e, InGaAsN), and other material systems and approaches will also be presented.
