YI-JEN CHAN


Yi-Jen Chan was born in Taipei, Taiwan. He received the B.S.E.E. degree from the National Cheng Kung University and the M.S.E.E. degree from the National Tsing Hua University in 1982 and 1984 respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the University ofMichigan in 1992. In 1992 he joined the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Central University, Chung-Li, Taiwan, as a faculty member. His research interests include MBE growth, fabrication and characterization of III-V high-speed FETs.
