KEVIN HEIN

Kevin Hein received his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 1993. He is attending the University of Michigan on a National Science Foundation Fellowship, and joined the III-V group in Fall 1993. His research interests are the design and fabrication of submicron HEMTs.

In 1995 Kevin Hein joined Cray Research.
