SETH MARTIN HUBBARD


Seth was born in Amsterdam, Netherlands in 1972, however he spent the majority of his youth in Erie, Pennsylvania. He received his B.S. degree in Physics from Drexel University (Philadelphia, PA) in 1995. During his time at Drexel, Seth was a coop student at both Lockheed Martin Government Electronic Systems and General Electric Transportation Systems. From 1995-1997 Seth attended Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, OH). His thesis work involved Electron Beam Induced Current (EBIC) characterization of wide bandgap semiconductors (SiC, GaN, etc.). This work was conducted at and supported by NASA Lewis Research Center. He received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Case in 1998. Seth joined the III-V group in September 1997. He is currently working toward his Ph.D. degree. His research interests include growth, characterization, design, and fabrication of wide bandgap semiconductor devices and structures.
