JUN CAO


Jun Cao was born in Kunming, P.R.China. He received the B.S.degree in Physics Department of Peking University, P.R.China, 1994. Then he went to the Physics Department of Yale University. After one year's study, he transferred to the Applied Physics in University of Michigan. 1n 1995, he joined the Solid State Electronics Laboratory and is now a research assistant in the group of III-V Integrated Devices and Circuits, working on the computer simulation and MOCVD growth of III-V nitrides.
