Jae-Woo Park was born in Pusan, Korea, in 1963. He received the B.S and M.S degrees from Kwangwoon University, Seoul, Korea in 1987 and 1989, respectively. After graduation, he worked in the area of material analysis at ADD, Korea. He is currently working toward the Ph.D degree at the department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. His research interests include the optimization of HBT process, microwave measurements and MMIC design.
