DR. SAEED MOHAMMADI


Saeed Mohammadi received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 1989 and his M.Sc. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, in 1994. in 1999 he completed the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at the University of Michigan and joined the research group led by Professor Linda Katehi.

His interests are in the area of physics, modeling and design of heterostructure devices and design and testing of high speed circuits.
