JEAN-OLIVIER PLOUCHART

Jean-Olivier Plouchart was born in Paris, France in 1966. In 1988 and 1994 he received the M.S. and the Ph.D. (Hon.) degrees in Electrical Engineering from Paris VI University. From 1988 and 1989 he was involved in GaAs MMICs design for satellite telecommunications at Alcatel Telspace. From 1989 to 1990, he was scientist consultant at the ETCA as part of his military service. In 1990 he joined the CNET to develop the MMIC HBT technological process and to design HBT MMICs for DCS1800 radiocommunications and high bit rate optical telecommunications.
