FREDERIC SEJALON


Frédéric Séjalon was born in 1966 in Agen, France. He graduated in Electronics 1989 and in 1993 received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Université Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, France. In 1990 he joined the Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales, Toulouse, involved in the design of cryogenically-cooled, low-noise amplifiers for space application. Dr. Séjalon worked from 1993 to 1995 as a research fellow at the Solid-State Electronics Laboratory, University of Michigan. His research interests include microwave noise and load-pull characterization and the low frequency noise measurement of HBT devices. In 1995 he joined the Transport Electronics Division of TRW in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
