ECE Graduate Students: U-M Barbour Scholars

In 1914, at the bequest of Levi L. Barbour, the University of Michigan established a scholarship program for women of the highest academic and professional caliber from Asia to study modern science, medicine, mathematics and other academic disciplines and professions critical to the development of their native lands. The Barbour Scholarship program is currently offered through Rackham Graduate School.
