RAMPART Research Study
The team spent a summer inventing an electronic data logger kit for medical researchers to conduct clinical drug trials in ambulances. Selected to be used in a four-year national study comparing how ambulance patients respond to two different anti-seizure drugs. The research study is called RAMPART (Rapid Anticonvulsant Medications Prior to Arrival Trial). Study boxes were sent out to EMTs in several cities/states for testing.
