Mojtaba Mehrara Receives Rackham Predoctoral Fellowship   Bookmark and Share


Computer Science and Engineering graduate student Mojtaba Mehrara has been awarded a 2010 Rackham Predoctoral Fellowship. Rackham Predoctoral Fellowships support outstanding doctoral students who have achieved candidacy and are actively working on dissertation research and writing. Mojtaba is one of nine recipients in the College of Engineering this year.

Mojtaba is a fifth year Ph.D. student working with Prof. Scott Mahlke in the Compilers Creating Custom Processors (CCCP) research group. His research focuses on compiler technology for automatically extracting threads from sequential applications.
