Justin is a software developer who has been leading high-tech start-up firms since getting his MBA in 2009. He is currently the CEO of AlertWatch, a U-M startup company that develops patient monitoring software. He has a knack at working with strong technical founders on converting their visions into marketable products. He previously spent time at EDF Ventures, providing back-office and due diligence support. Before returning to business school, Justin wrote embedded control software for General Motors, making the check engine light illuminate in cars across the world.

Kris is VP of Research and Development at ARM, the company that designs the processors that are at the heart of today's advanced digital products, and is the architect of ARM's Intelligent Energy Manager technology. His research has explored the relevance of multithreading for interactive desktop workloads, architectural and circuit techniques for low-power processors, and automatic power-management algorithms for controlling dynamic voltage and threshold scaling. Kris was the recipient of the 2012 Michigan Computer Science Engineering Alumni Merit Award. He is a member of ACM and IEEE.

Elizabeth joined Urban Science Applications, Inc. in 2014. The company is a Detroit-based automotive retail consulting firm. Prior to joining Urban Science, Elizabeth was a Managing Director at Accenture, leading a number of strategy, system integration and outsourcing client programs across multiple industries. Elizabeth was also Accenture’s internal IT Global Application Managing Director for HR, Legal, and Client Team solutions, driving the delivery and operations of solutions used by over 270,000 employees working in 120 countries. She is an active participant in the Michigan Council of Women in Technology.

Gary joined Salesforce.com in 2011. He is responsible for the specialist team that consults with clients and develops solutions to enable the end-to-end multichannel customer experience. This includes revenue responsibility for the Salesforce.com Service Cloud product portfolio for the Central US and Canada. Prior to this position, Gary served 12 years as the Vice President for Integrated Contact Solutions at eLoyalty. Gary has also held leadership positions at Grant Thornton LLP, USConnect, and IBM.

Erin is responsible for the new user experience product development and management for Yahoo!'s products worldwide. Prior to Yahoo!, Erin worked as a Product Manager at Path and Twitter where she focused on user growth, product strategy, and analytics. Erin began her career at Morgan Stanley, where she designed algorithms embedded in electronic trading applications as a Software Engineer and Product Manager in the firm's Algorithmic Trading Technology group. In 2014, she was named one of Business Insider's "Silicon Valley 100." She was also recognized as one of "19 Extraordinary Women in Silicon Valley Tech" and one of the "52 Hottest New Stars In Silicon Valley." Erin is honored to serve on the board of several Silicon Valley startups as well as the Wells Fargo Advisory Board and Code 2040, a non-profit organization.
