UM Teams Place First and Third in ACM SIGDA Programming Competition    Bookmark and Share
UM teams won first and third place in the ACM SIGDA programming competition (CADathalon) at the ICCAD (International Conference on Computer-Aided Design) Conference in San Jose, CA. The team of Jarod Roy and Gabe Black shared first place with a team from MIT. Paul Darga and Zaher Andraus were members of the UM team that placed third. The 8-hour competition was held last Sunday, November 7. Twenty-six teams from the US and abroad competed and the winners were announced on Monday, November 8 at the opening ceremony of ICCAD
