Phoenix microchip sets low-power record with extreme sleep mode
A low-power microchip called the Phoenix Processor, developed by Profs. David Blaauw and Dennis Sylvester, along with doctoral students Scott Hanson and Mingoo Seok, uses significantly less power than comparable chips now on the market.
