EE:S New Student Information (Fall 2012)

Welcome to Electrical Engineering:Systems (EE:S) !

This New Student page was created to assist you in getting settled here at Michigan. You will find details on what you need to take care of before arriving on campus, dates of orientations, and links to the campus community. The University of Michigan is a dynamic campus with multiple resources, programs and services for each individual student.

Get to know your fellow students, meet some faculty, and gain valuable information at the following events planned for new graduate students:

    Wednesday, Aug. 29, 10am - 3pm:
CoE New Grad Welcome
Friday, Aug. 31, 9am - 12:30pm: Rackham Welcome and Info Fair
Tuesday, Sept 4, 4:30-7:00pm:  EE:S New Student Welcome

We hope you will explore the resources on this page. The EE:S New Student Checklist includes information on Fall term course registration, academic advisors, and EE:S specific items. The EE:S Graduate Program Manual provides in-depth information about EE:S degree requirements and policies. The College of Engineering (CoE) Info You Need to Know and the U-M Campus Information Center websites provide helpful information about the University of Michigan and Ann Arbor, including student perspectives.

This is the starting point for a stimulating, valuable graduate experience. We are committed to helping you make the most of your time at Michigan. If you have any questions, please contact me or stop by my office.
