The next screen shows two rectangular boxes representing the substrate and a well diffusion. Layer types are divided onto (1) substrate, (2) deposition, (3) diffusion, (4) sacrificial, (5) epitaxy, and (6) reactive growth. Many materials exist for each of these types, but all the material within each require the same number of input parameters (partially shown at bottom).
