The output of the compiler can be displayed in the process viewer tool. This tool allows the user to open one of the processes generated (usually the first with the best figure of merit), and display various kinds of information. Along with the process flow, the compiler generates all the cross-sections of the device at intermediate steps. The right side of the viewer shows a summary of the steps with the crossection displayed at the highlighted step.
