Research Interests: 


RF and microwave circuits including:  microwave and millimeter-wave power amplifiers, spatial power combining and thin film ferroelectric based frequency agile circuits.

Background:

Mortazawi's research interests include Phased Arrays, Power amplifier linearization, millimeter-wave power combining oscillators and amplifiers, frequency agile materials.

Current Research Projects: 

Experimental RF and microwave circuits; Frequency agile RF circuits based on thin film ferroelectrics.  Extended resonance power amplifiers. low phase noise oscillators.
