Ephemerides

Jenny was here last week. We did some fun stuff, like canoeing, seeing the Blue Angels at the air show, and going to Detroit for the Comerica CityFest. We also saw a couple of movies, namely Knocked Up and Sicko. Both were pretty good. Knocked Up was much better than I was expecting.

This morning I played tennis for the first time in several weeks. (We usually play on Saturdays, but the past few weeks I've either been sick or flying or Jenny was in town.) It was pretty tiring.

I'm reading this book called Crashing Through by Robert Kurson. It's a true story about a guy who lost his vision at age 3 and regained it in his late 40s via surgery. It's a fascinating read.

Transformers was awesome. It had its share of cheesy dialogue and all that, but it was easily the best action movie I have seen in years.

Happy 4th!
