I mentioned last time that we are taking care of a cat, so here are some cat pictures.

Let's see, what have I been up to... for Thanksgiving, Jenny came out to visit. We had Thanksgiving dinner with Kaushik and friends, tons of great food and games. We also saw the play that my roommate is an actor in, Brighton Beach Memoirs. (Found out there is a nice playhouse/theatre in Canton.) And we saw No Country For Old Men, quite a good movie.

The first weekend of December, I was in Chicago for a conference. Apparently December 1 was World AIDS Day, and I saw this building outside my hotel room window:

What else... last weekend there was a big snow storm here. It dropped about 8 or 10 inches of snow. Check it out:

Remember last time I mentioned a time-lapse video on youtube that had a song that I liked? Well, a parody of the video (with song) was in the Simpsons last weekend! Unfortunately, it appears that the producers of the Simpsons didn't compensate the artist for using her song... which sucks. (Although there's an update on that blog that says the Simpsons producers are trying to fix it.)

I'm going to the Michigan-UCLA basketball game on Saturday!

Then I'm visiting LA for a couple of weeks. Looking forward to it!
