Information for Oral Presentations:

Each oral presenter will be allotted 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions. The following will be provided for presenters:

· LCD video projector

· Computer (PC) with Microsoft Power Point software

· Adapter for laptop computers

We strongly encourage presenters to utilize the workshop computer and to upload their presentations prior to their technical session. For any special A/V needs, please contact Xiaoqing Pan (panx@umich.edu)

 

Information for Poster Presentations:

Each poster presenter will be provided with a 3 feet wide by 4 feet tall poster board (91 cm wide by  122 cm tall), “portrait” orientation, to attach posters.

 

Workshop Proceedings:

Proceedings from the workshop will be published in the Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology  B, May/June 2009 issue.  Details on proceedings:
