Research

My research interests are in the areas of database systems, applications, and mining.  Within this space, I am particularly interested in problems related to data privacy and security.  I am affiliated with the Michigan Software Systems Lab, Database Group, and OpenData IGERT Program.


I am currently advising four graduate students: Daniel Fabbri, Lujun (Tony) Fang, Allie Mazzia, and Rajesh Bejugam.
