1/8/06: The website is up, though its still not complete. The
lecture notes, course syllabus, links, and reading list pages should work.

1/16/06: The trimaran source code and HW 0 are available on the homeworks
page. Note, you can only download the trimaran source from umich.edu machines.
HW 0 is due Wednesday, 1/25, at 11:59pm.

1/24/06: Reminder, HW 0 is due tomorrow (wednes) at midnight. Please anonymously
ftp a gzip'd tar file to www.eecs.umich.edu, put the file under groups/eecs583.

1/24/06: Class on Monday, 1/30 will start 20 mins late, ie at 2pm rather than 1:40.
so that I can attend the CSE Quals meeting. We will still end at the normal time.

1/29/06: Homework 1 is posted on the homeworks page. Its assigned tomorrow (1/30)
and due in 2.5 wks.

2/17/06: Homework 1 evaluation benchmarks now available. Note the benchmarks are taken from the benchmarks given to you, but some of them contain a bunch of changes.

2/17/06: IMPORTANT for HW1: there is a bug where elcor goes into an infinite loop that shows up for several of the benchmarks. See my post 'Bug for larger benchmarks' on the phorum for a fix. Note this doesn't show up for wc/grep/viterbi and other small benchmarks, only when you try the bigger ones like espresso or some of the mediabench programs.
