Welcome to Michigan Software Defined Radio Group's website. Our objective is to realize Software Defined Radio (SDR) for current and next generation wireless protocols through detailed wireless protocol modeling; efficient architectural and VLSI processor design; and innovative compiler support.

Michigan SDRG is supported by a National National Science Foundation ITR grant, a Motorola Universtiy Partnership in Research award, and ARM Ltd..

• Sept. 24th, 2007 - SAMOS paper "The Next Generation Challenge for Software Defined Radio" won the best paper award.
