Trevor Mudge
Bredt Family Professor of Engineering
Dept. Electrical Engineering and Computer Science
The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor
I teach and research new ways to build and apply computers.
I work in the Advanced Computer Architecture Lab of the
Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Michigan.
I usually teach classes in computer architecture
and compilers.
My current research is in those areas with a focus on
ultra-low power computers and application specific computers.
My research projects often involve the construction of a prototype,
so I have been involved in the design and construction of a number of
working and non-working computer chips.
