There are several reasons why a conference room may night be available because of 'Repair:

• Normal bi-yearly maintenance
• Installation of new hardware
• Repair of existing hardware

These reservations are made far in advance and, unfortunately, cannot be rescheduled because they coincide with a service appointment arranged with a third party vendor.
