I try to keep an up-to-date list of my publications in the Publications page of the University of Michigan's Discrete Event Systems Group (UMDES), but this page is not always complete.
The majority of my publications are available from either IEEE Xplore, the ACM Digital Library, or SpringerLink. I recommend using these sources.
Of course, using a search engine such as Google Scholar is a good complement to the above.
