Conclusions
Although we had to abandon some of the initial key features of our project, the end result was a smoothly functioning and engaging game. The features we had to remove from our project were using a Nintendo Wiimote and using an accelerometer. The Wiimote was unrealistic due to cost, and the accelerometer due to communication issues with the analog to digital converter.
The processing power provided by the PPC823 was more than sufficient for our needs.
If we were to do this project again knowing what we now know, we would budget significantly more time to interfacing with the ADC. We would also try to improve the overall organization of the project. Even though our final lab assignment signficantly cut into our available work time, we are very satisfied with the end result of our project.
