Modulus Prawn Wireless Remote Car
Project by Alan Lee, James Shuster, and Neil Semidin
The goal of our project was to design a remote control car that was controlled by a nintendo 64 controller. Using the analog stick on the controller, it would control both the speed and direction of the car. Also, various cool features that was added to the car was a turret that shoots lego projectiles and a laser for all your aiming needs. The controller instructions were handled by the MPC823 which were then converted into 32-bit instructions and sent via RS232 serial cable to the car where the MPC555 decoded the instruction and drove the corresponding motor or servo to enable all the car movements.
